(Updated) Falcons move up to 14th in both polls

Bowling Green moved up one spot to 14th in both of this week’s college hockey polls.

In the U.S. College Hockey Online Top 20, the Falcons received 366 points, compared to 292 a week ago.

In the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Top 15, BG totaled 67 points, up from 43 a week ago.

The Falcons, who were idle last weekend, are 10-3-1 overall and 7-1 in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association, travels to No. 19 Northern Michigan Friday and Saturday in a league series. NMU is 8-3-1, 5-3.

After facing NMU, the Falcons will be idle until idle Jan. 3-4 when they face No. 20 Robert Morris (8-1-3) in a nonleague series.
