Bowling Green moved up in both of this week’s national polls announced Monday.

In the U.S. College Hockey Online Top 20, the Falcons climbed two places to 12th.

They received 428 points, an increase from 325 a week ago.

It’s BG’s best standing in the USCHO voting since it was 12th on Oct. 19 and Oct. 26. The Falcons were a season-high 10th on Oct. 12.

In the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Top 15, the Falcons are 13th, up from 14th last week.

BG also saw its point total increase to 99 this week, up from 67 last week.

The Falcons were 10th in the USA Today poll on Oct. 12, and 12th on Oct. 19 and Oct. 26.

BG posted a 4-1, 2-0 sweep at Bemidji State last weekend in a Western Collegiate Hockey Association series.

The Falcons are 11-3-5 overall and 8-2-4 in the league.
