Falcons remain 18th in USCHO poll

Bowling Green remained 18th in this week’s U.S. College Hockey Online Top 20 announced Monday.

The Falcons received 161 points, up from 140 last week.

BG is 15-7-5 overall and 11-3-4 in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association after a 6-2, 6-2 sweep of Alaska-Anchorage in the Ice Arena.

The Falcons host Michigan Tech (13-7-4, 10-6-2) Friday and Saturday nights at 7:07 in the Ice Arena. Tech is ranked 17th by USCHO.

WCHA leader Minnesota State, which hosts BG Feb. 5-6, is No. 19. The Mavericks are 13-8-5, 12-3-5.
